What happened to the older Japanese numbers? There used to be PS1, SDC, PS2, GCN hardware etc. They all disappeared. Those were always fun to look at...

I just find it somehow amusing that you went out of your way to bump the oldest thread on the site to ask this question.

As for your question, well, you can see the hardware totals here. I haven't been that long on this site so I don't know what features this website had or didn't have in the olden days.

As for your question, well, you can see the hardware totals here. I haven't been that long on this site so I don't know what features this website had or didn't have in the olden days.

I couldn't really find an appropriate thread, and the 4 years (made this account in 2007) I've been lurking I've only made 10 posts so I wasn't going to make another 40 posts just to make that thread lol

I'm aware of the total hardware charts, the Japanese weekly numbers disappeared though. They used to have PS2, GCN, Xbox, Dreamcast, Saturn, PS1, N64, Gameboy etc. Anything system before Generation 7 disappeared except a few here and there. It's all messed up.

Yea, those used to be really interesting. Loved checking out the random charts of the week feature.

You could probably track it down by continuously going back a week on the weekly Japan charts... man I miss that drop table.
