A few years ago, I ran a 5K with friends for kidney disease research and one of my friends had spotted a guy who was running at about the same pace as him and made it his goal to cross the finish line before him... which he did.
Later during the award ceremony, they asked this guy to speak because it turned out he had been on dialysis for the last year or so. My friend told us "Damn, I feel like such an asshole, right now!"
Your post reminded me of that.
Our discussion reminded me that we're both on the verge of our 10 year anniversary on VGC. Time flies!
No way man haha, I'm not even into videogames any more, last xbox game I bought was like Trackmania is 2015? Hope you're well anyway dude!
Now that the new Nintendo system has been unveiled, I wonder if...or when...john lucas will grace us with his presence and explain why itīll sell a bazillion units.
4K Netflix is actually 15mbps + 3mbps HDR extension. It's comparable to 1080p blu-ray as h.265 is about twice as efficient as h.264, however that 15mbps includes sound on Netflix, on Blu-ray lossless sound can already take up 5.5 mbps. Blu-ray sustains up to 54 mbps all combined.
It's a big step up from 1080p netflix at h.264 5mbps including sound. Compating 4K blu-ray to Netflix (even their ultra quality at 10mbps) will blow everyone away. However a proper upscaled blu-ray is not that far off from a studio upscaled 4K UHD disc (made from a 2k master which most still are)

I'd call that less of a prediction and more of a logical continuation of a clearly visible trend, this is more or less obvious from where I'm sitting. The PS brand is clearly slowing down and losing some relevance in Japan and Sony aren't doing all that much to counter it, a much more western oriented design philosophy has defined the latter half of the PS3 era and most of the PS4 era, even...
DonFerrari said: Mummelmann said: My point was never what was required for 4K gaming; it was about mainstream priced hardware being able to pull it off. Proper 4K gaming on mainstream devices and with decent frame rates and effects is still a long way off. 20GB of GDDR6 will be expensive as hell in and on itself, especially given that the final build will need to be ready within...
Short answer; I don't. Long answer is much the same. I don't like online dating or matchmaking apps, nor am I a fan of chatting or texting endlessly with little to no point, especially when the norm is to have a slew of people you do the same thing with at any one point. The digital age doesn't agree with me on this front! :-P ...
