Who's your favorite Doctor? I am a Tom Baker fan myself.

I was introduced to DW with the new series, but am watching some of the old series on Netflix. Of the last three though, I have really been enjoying Matt Smith, liked Eccleston but his run was short.

Any particular Baker episodes or movies I should look out for?

    on 03 May 2012

I actually liked Eccleston a lot. It's a shame that he left the role so quickly.

Pretty much all of the Tom Baker ones are good to me. I'll give you five really good ones:

    1) The Ark In Space
    2) Genesis of the Daleks
    3) The Face of Evil
    4) The Robots of Death
    5) City of Death

Just remember that the effects are really, really bad.

    on 04 May 2012

Netflix has 1 and 5 I will check them out. Saw Robots of Death a little while ago, you are right about the effects, but it wasn't to bad. Ark in Space looks intersting.

    on 04 May 2012

YEah, the old Who episodes were more about the story and not the flashy effects. I'm just glad that the Daleks still look like pepper shakers with plungers on them.

Now a Goomba, beats being a Peon. Think it will be along time before I get to level 4.

    Are badges still awarded?

No. They are, ut until the site is done being worked on there will be no updates.

Report: 6 million Americans Intend To Buy PSVR

in Sony Discussion 3 days ago

Six million units could be considered a reasonable success, but I think 10-15 would be considered a stronger endorsementfor a first edition VR peripheral. I suppose it depends on software, if Sony can get some killer IP's the attach rate will be higher, but assuming the PS4 wil sell 80-100 million, I think a 10-15% attach rate would be a reasonable success. ...
