tried to join you a few times... party full mostly... I have gotten bad. On reflex I was ratio 1.4, now it's 0.45... help!

I know what you mean! I started off at 0.55 when I used to be about a 1.25. I am slowly making my way back up, as right now I am at 0.88.
I have found that certain weapons work well for certain maps and game styles. For me, the best run and gun weapon is the PDW 57. Good for close up and ok for medium range. Another good one is the LSAT. Very good medium range and good distance, but a bit too slow to aim at close range. Best for camping out, not so good for run and gun. Hope this helps.
