Cool. If it wasn't for the fact that I just found out my Girlfriends Rabbit needes an operation that's going to cost between 600-1000 dollars i'd totally add on to my already dangerously high backlog of games.

That's enough of a deterent to prevent me to do so though. Granted i'd still have the money to do so... but I like to have a lot of money in the bank for things like...

Well bunny eye removals... just hopin it's not cancer. Don't even want to know what that'd cost.

jesus man. there's a cheaper solution: stew

then again, i have a dislike of rabbits, so there you are

I'll go for RE:UC and the new Trauma Center. I already planned on buying those two. And then I get a free game! Hmm...Should I get Soul Caliber Legends, Medal of Honor, WiiPlay, Mario and Sonic or Fire Emblem?

Yes, Wii Play definitely counts.

It's "buy two, get one of equal or lesser value free" right?  So Wii Play would count if the other two games were $50, or you could buy Wii Play and another $50 game, and get a free <$50 game.

in Vienna / Austria the Toys R Us has the same offer.
(i got an advertising flyer some days ago)
buy 2 games and get a third for free - only on the Wii.

Will TRU allow multiple purchases on this deal? Can I buy two $50 games and get a $50 free, plus buy two older discounted games and get one free in the same transaction? Heck ... it's been a while since I've been to a TRU. Do TRU's have the older stuff discounted to $29.99 like other stores?

No they'll count two of the discounted games free. What I did last time was go with my girlfriend, I gave her the three full prices game and I took the three discounted games and some money, and we paid seperatly.

wish I hadn't done some of my holiday shopping >.

That shouldn't be true.  I didn't buy at a toysrus, buy I did the online thing with a group of 3 expensive and 3 discount.  They calculated the 50,50, free 50, 30, 30 free 30.

anyway in the previous sales not all items are included in this promotion, esp those that are already discounted, like Rayman.
