Thanks for that. Once I do get access, I'll remember to repeat it. btw how are your weapons upgrade so much? I'm only Lv 12 Gladius for Lightning and Lv 2 Something fro Snow and Lv 2 Pearlwing Staff for Vanille. I've battled so many enemies up until Chap 11 and Ihaven't really sold much... Or am I just being too conservative and not spending enough items for my weapons to upgrade? I've got a whole bunch of items but Iv'e been cautious of upgrading the weapons so far... I've basically just been trying to upgrade Lightning's weapon all this time.

Are you willing to spend your Gil?

Best way to upgrade your weapons is to buy the items needed from the shops.

36 of any of these (cheap) res will give you a 3x Exp bonus

Sturdy Bones
Barbed Tails
Vibrant Oozes

When you get the 3x Bonus, buy as many Ring Joint's, Crank Shaft's or Turbo Jet's as you can... And pile them on the Gladius.

If you are struggling for money, get to the Chocobo mission, and find some Gold Nugget's or Cactuar Doll's or something, they give plenty of Gil.

I've been managing the x3 bonus for my weapons each time I upgrade. Any time I get an item that gives tons of exp, I balance it with some few low exp giving items. That way, the x3 bonus doesn't dissapear. 

Take for example a Bomb Core. 551 at base exp, 1653 when used with x3 bonus. Basically that's 2 level ups for a tier 1 weapon, half a level up for a tier 2 weapon, up to level 20.

If you're careful managing the upgrading items, you won't have to spend as much,

Ignore what i just said about the Ring Joint's, Crank Shaft's or Turbo Jet's... Farm the hell out of those Bomb Core's, then pile them on your 3x Exp 

(the guide only doesn't really specify the best way to do it at our levels. Just the best ways to do it when you are really rich )
