If you have access to mission 12, redo it over and over again. The second reward is a Bomb Core x5, which gives 551 exp a piece. 

Thanks for that. Once I do get access, I'll remember to repeat it. btw how are your weapons upgrade so much? I'm only Lv 12 Gladius for Lightning and Lv 2 Something fro Snow and Lv 2 Pearlwing Staff for Vanille. I've battled so many enemies up until Chap 11 and Ihaven't really sold much... Or am I just being too conservative and not spending enough items for my weapons to upgrade? I've got a whole bunch of items but Iv'e been cautious of upgrading the weapons so far... I've basically just been trying to upgrade Lightning's weapon all this time.

 

I've been managing the x3 bonus for my weapons each time I upgrade. Any time I get an item that gives tons of exp, I balance it with some few low exp giving items. That way, the x3 bonus doesn't dissapear. 

Take for example a Bomb Core. 551 at base exp, 1653 when used with x3 bonus. Basically that's 2 level ups for a tier 1 weapon, half a level up for a tier 2 weapon, up to level 20.

If you're careful managing the upgrading items, you won't have to spend as much,
