Aparently you need to fill the GESTALT meter before starting GESTALT mode to be able to get massive attacks

Either way the summons are so underpowered it hurts.....its my least used summons in a FF game ever (apart from FF12....if you could call those abominations summons )

I mean I played FF8 1 month ago & I was spamming GF's in every battle.....its weird to just NOT use them!

When I used Shiva, I got both of them to their last 10 SP, with a full gestalt bar :P 

I had 40 attack points for the Gestalt mode xD 

WOW that must've done LOADS of damage!

wow i still cant believe that square got rid of the BIGGEST farming spot in the game, i think i am going back to the japanese version because of this.

At the end of the Gestalt, when you do Diamond Dust, I had a stagger of 370.55% on the bike. DD did 15K damage :P

I've got a question!!

I'm at the end of Chap 7 atm but I wanted to know whether I should upgrade my character's weapons. Lightning's Gladius is at lv 5 atm and the rest of the crew have lv2 weapons except for Fang's Blade Lance which I still haven't upgraded. So should I save up for a better weapon to upgrade for Fang or just upgrade her current weapon right now?

ok go to the 2nd ci-eth stone.....you know there's  save point there & a smalle pond/lake with a treasure sphere in the middle?

yeah that place

now look around......you'll see an alcove in the distance.....now go that way....you'll see a behemoth patrollling it....don't worry its not him you need to fight.....keep going straight & you get to 3 penguin enemies facing a treasure sphere (facing away from you)....pre-empiteve strike em and:

use Blitz once....they get staggered, use blitz again they die & give me 2200 CP

The battles over in 13 seconds

I did that for around hald an hour & 30,000 CP!!!
