Basically sounds a lot like Persona battle wise :P I'm sure as I play I'll get the hang of things.

I already know some of the characters btw. I'm intending on using Serph, Heat, and Cielo or Gale. Good party? That pink haired chick looks annoying btw.

No. I think Argilla (the annoying pink haired girl) is essential because she's the best with magic (making her the perfect healer). My party was Serph, Gale, Argilla

And it's not like Persona except on exploiting weaknesses and the like, it's very different otherwise

Oh, yeah, another more, get ASAP Dekunda and Dekaja, there's nothing like screwing a boss that's trying to buff/debuff you

Some of the dungeons can be really tedious, especially the Sand Castle and the last dungeon. God those puzzles annoyed me.

Damn...so I have to use Argilla :/ Oh well I'll use Serph, Heat, and her then.

What's the difference between demon/human forms btw?

That you'll use demons for 99% of the game, and when you're human you'll change inmediately to demons because humans are useless

1. It's hard.

2. The story isn't that good, however, DDS2's story is the second best on the PS2 (XS3's story is the best).

Yes on both points.

DDS2 is a masterpiece on every front.

@Soriku:

Demons are strong...

Humans are well... useless against enemies not weak to gunfire or Omoikanes. You can't use your skills!

The human form is only needed when the enemies weakness is guns, So just stay in your asura form most of the time.

No problem Xen LOL.  But as you can tell from the avatar, he is my favorite game character from last gen.  Also the pink hair chick is better as the groups healer than she is at combat.  She can get some pretty sick MP stealing abilities that seem to help in battle against tougher bosses.  Heat is a beast, use him wisely and it will make Serph's job a lot easier (most early enemies are a cake walk for Heat).  Also if you get frustrated with a enemy or boss remember to rotate the team with the other members available.  Celo is pretty boss once he levels up and gets his higher air attacks.

Make sure you have a weakness voider... one lucky hit by an enemy/boss, and you could be fucked up the... you know...

I'll say up the... Serph. Sorry, Avarice.

Wait, Omoikanes are weak to humans? THAT was the trick? -_-

Persona 3 is crying!

Persona is great but seriously over-rated, there are better games in the SMT universe. DDS is one of them.

And man, DDS2 on hard is crushing.

Bet with Dr.A.Peter.Nintendo that Super Mario Galaxy 2 won't sell 15 million copies up to six months after it's release, the winner will get Avatar control for a week and signature control for a month.
