Probably just affects from xmas. Bet the retailers had shitloads and then sold shitloads and thought there would be a big drop off to what sold last year. However, YoY has actually been slightly better so they are caught off guard.

I disagree... Monster Hunter series is not anywhere near popular enough to warrent that in the US or Europe.

But thats the point, they're trying to push the game in the west. What better way than bundling a black Wii with it!
