Follie's Adventure is a great sub-title, put the genre right out there.

I think those all sound like great ideas. A reduced price and a coop mode would definitely make it a must own WiiWare game.
It also sounds like a good idea to have a subtitle that explains the gameplay a bit.

But I do like the 'Follie's Adventure' tagline, and think it suits the game well. Its likely.

follies journey might be another subtitle worth considering if you like follies adventure.

'Journey' works, although I think 'Adventure' is a sexier word :)

if you did something like "Flowerworks : the legend of folie : on a rail party" then maybe...
