Square. I've yet to see a female character in a Bioware game that is as cute as the typical FF female protagonist.

I prefer the way Japanese make their female characters.  I would rather not have Hills like characters or Sigourney Weaver, Michelle Rodriguez, Adrian Barbeau clones.
