Basically the story is this, I played Pokemon for a while, loved it, then the DBZ card game came out I liked it more, hopped on that but kept collecting Pokemon cards, few years ago the DBZ card game turned to crap when the GT sets came out, then I lost my collection of cards, and now people are playing Pokemon again at my school, so I decided to jump back in after a LONG retreat from card games.

My questions are any of you know the major changes in gameplay styles and tips so I can get back up to speed? And if any of you still play what types of decks have you guys made?

(BTW I get addicted to buying packs of cards, I bought like 11 packs and 1 starter deck tonight ;_; I may have started my addiction again!)

I still have my Pokemon cards.

I wish I still had mine, I had like 3 original Charizards and a shit ton of Blastoise, I had so many Blastoise cards I started to get pissed off that I was getting them, I litterally had bought 3 booster packs one day, two with Base set Blastoise and the other with Dark Blastoise from the team rocket set... the lulz here... first pack I opened today... Blastoise from the Arceus set, FML.

i haven't play Pokemon's cards since i was in elementary school.

I have my cards as well, i don't really play anymore though. I have a lot of DBZ CCG though (probably upwards of 10-12k) cards, i was much more into it then pokemon.

I used to play the Yu-Gi-Oh card game, but that was in elementary school O_O

Nope. I gave away all my pokemon, Yu-gi-oh cards away to my cousin like 3 years ago.

I'd say no but i am probably wrong.
