Tretton does a good job, should have him starting the show and running through most of it.

Kaz comes on and announces PS3 colours and tells us some numbers.

Butler comes on, makes everyone laugh and announces some huge new game.

Jack comes back, another big announcement and finishes the show with a huge bombshell announcement.
