Does it say that it's an exclusive game?

I ask because didn't they do a similar thing where they premiered Lost Planet 2 on the XBox360? They had the trailer on XBox Live, danced around the exclusivity issue, then finally announced that yes, it was coming to the PS3 as well.

I think it's too early for Natal game announcements (MS would want them to show it at E3 or maybe GDC). Cna't be Dead Rising 2 since it says premiere.
