I'm mostly referring to this recent topic, but it goes for all games: why is it so important for you that an announced game must be exclusive for your console of choice?

I mean, you can still play FFXIII on your PS3, why care if it's available for the 360? Why care if L.A. Noire is coming to the 360?

Why do you need to know if a game is exclusive to know if you should be hyped for it or not?

If a game isn't exclusive it means it isn't good anymore.

The game takes advantage of the hardware. It doesn't have to be changed for anthor console's ablitly. This is why wii excluesive are usually better than Muiltplatforms. Dunno about other platforms though

Being ported is diffrent. It was made as a exclusive. When the game moves somewhere else it changes but it doen't mean it gets
worse. Unless they are being made at the same time
