Ok, when I compare the comments here to the comments found in Turn 10's bashing of GT/Valve's comments, I'm seeing some very hypocritical comments from both PlayStation and the Xbox people.



Rockstar: Announce Bully 2 already and make gamers proud!

Kojima: Come out with Project S already!

It's PR talk, why bitch and moan like children?  Some people on this site really do take too much from every interview and statement they see.  I was going to mention the hypocrisy of some posters in this thread but couldn't be bothered trawling that Forza thread just to show up the kids.

See, here's the thing, mate. When it's talk about a service of a rival console, they say "Oh, it's PR, get over it". But when someone says something about the service they support, instead, they go up in flames "HOW COULD THEY?!!!".

 

I've repeatedly stated to people when it comes to PR statements "It's just PR. Why take it so seriously?" Falls upon deaf ears. I give up.

This is not a far fetched claim when all my xbox playing friends talk about how there's always some 9 year old screaming cuss words and whining on every halo and modern warfare game on xbox live. i've witnessed it a few times myself. On PSN quite a lot of the time people will be saying things like nice kill and good game or how unexpected it was they lost the way they did to the other team.
