It'll be gret for lovers of the book, and since i happen to be one (read 4 books so far into the series) i guess i'll love the game. I'm sure they mean gameplay changes for the hardcore Halo game fans, since this place in the timeline means we don't get the Spartan armor like in Halo3, so we'll need to use health packs, or we'll have a squad instead of going it alone like previous games.

He is saying that Halo:Reach might not be as faithful to the source material as some would want.

i believe a original Media should never be restricted by any spinoff-media to create a story

If Bungie believes they need to stray from the plot of the book they should do so!

Loved the book, and hope they're not changing the story with the game ( I don't think they will).

Halo Reach will be great, Its a Bungie game, I am a Halo fan, But I'm ready for something a little different.

Probably annoy hardcore fans of the books because Spartan III's weren't fucking invented at this time period. No idea why Bungie didn't stick with Spartan II's (Master Chief and Jorge etc)
