Why the hell would we test a weapon like that in Haiti while we're in a shooting war with Afghanistan?!?!? We have plenty of actual enemy targets around the world an island full of poor people is way at the bottom of the list. If Chavez really thought we had a weapon like that he'd be keeping his mouth shut about it.
