There is a reason why I used the term children in my post (which gave me a warning for some reason). Unless you are seeing money from the console sales, It really is childish to cheer for a console.

And how much money are grown men sport fan seeing from their fav teams they relegiously cheer for ?

lol, its cause sports is a diversion. Its a way to get away from the real life problems for a couple of hours a week. That or you have some money riding on the game and have financial gain based on the outcome.

You just described video games for some people!

@disolitude : I just checked and strangely enough, you posted no such complain in the 1000s of PS3 doom threads of the past.

You didn't call MS fans children either when they were happy about their console selling more in 360 threads.

Strange, huh ? Why is this ?

I tell you, there will be better times, don't give up ! Natal is coming after all !! Then Xbox 720 !

Good PS3 sales. PSP is slowly dying

If PS3 beats 360 sales in its own territory, you have to wonder how MS can get back on top.

Maybe Natal is the key, but it's still very far away.

Natals coming in 6months

no he didn't. Video games aren't about fun or to be used to escape from real life. they ARE real life! :P

Is it not late 2010 (as in October-ish)? It could even still get delayed. Even if it did launch in 6 months, that is still a fairly long time (especially if the PS3 is outselling the 360 by 50k+ per week, with higher sales when games like GOW3 and GT5 launch).

Edit: I was talking about WW for the 50k figure. MS have the US wrapped up, unless the PS3 absolutely explodes over there soon (or the 360 gets crippled by something).
