Congrats to Nintendo. They have done very well this gen and continue to impress.

wii passed 360 SW a long time ago, they are only talking about the US. If you were to align launches (yes i realize this is misleading but just for comparison) the wii sold 175 million and 360 sold 112 million in us.

I think a better question is what games actually deserved to sell that weren't

A) niche  games

B) old / gimped ports

C) spin offs

D) rail shooters.

Personally I can't think of any. (Non-nintendo that is)

I'm sick of seeing these immature Ps3 fanboys rubbing in the fact the 360 isn't beating.... oh wait... damn it! where are the people complaining in this thread? Oh well...

wii would probably need 55% plus marketshare to do that.  It has to make up the year head start that the 360 had and the attach rate is a little lower on wii.
