Some of you may not know that PS3 Arc (or GEM, or Wand lol), has officially been delayed until fall 2010, which proves my gut feeling right, I knew this was going to happen.

Personally I think it is a great decision, it will give Sony more time to perfect the motion control games for us, and hopefully, impove upon the whole PS Arc experience by giving us a nunchuck like device(hopefully)

Finally it will directly compete with Natal, minimising the potential blow it could do, in fact I beleive it will make Natal look something from last gen.

What do you guys think to this recent development??

If I can use this controller with an RPG game then it is day one purchase for me. Not really interested in Wii-like games.

Arc+3D will make gaming totally different experience

they delayed it from spring 2010 to fall 2010 because they what the release it with a bigger library of games...

We look forward to soon unveiling the exciting software line-up that further expands and defines the PS3 platform as the ultimate entertainment system for the home."

I think it will make Natal look like the same as Sony has but without a controller.

If marketed quite good, Sony can make consumers believe that their motion controller is what Microsoft has plus a new Wiimote.

They can make consumers B_E_L_I_E_V_E that the new motion controller is the top notch tech above the Wii (doesn't have a camera working along the controller) or Natal (doesn't have controller working along the camera)

Meh... life goes on.

How is this gonna make Natal look like last gen? Motion controlled technology was last gen? Did I miss something? If anything this Sony wand is last gen, not the latter. The Wii has been doing this for the past 3 years.

it is not a dumb thread, they said they predicted a spring 2010 released, so no don't be rude chaiman-mao, plus i said Natal will look last gen because controller less motion control has been done before with the PSEye, Natal is already showing a lag on the input department, hence last gen

How many games have we seen running on the tech? It was always going to be delayed until fall so not a surprise to me.
