It said the others are leaving as well.. what did Wada do now?

That sucks.

Omg, noooooooooooooooooo!

Why is Square losing their best composers? What the hell are you people doing over there?

Well...it's not like he's dead. Hopefully he turns up somewhere where his talent won't go to waste. And I'm hoping he's open to doing some SE games from time to time.

Tag - "No trolling on my watch!"

Square Enix is slowly sinking. Quick, release Kingdom Hearts 3 before you close!

Maybe he'll sign with Mistwalker now :)

I wonder why he left.

I also wonder what he will work on next... And who with.

Wow I loved the music from FFX. That's quite a lost for Square Enix imo. Wonder what he'll do in the future, maybe he's joining another studio or some other unrelated stuff.

Yoko Shimomura was already left SE.

Well, he was there for 15 years. Perhaps he doesn't want to limit himself by just being able to work in-house for S-E, but I'm a bit sad about this news.

However, he leaves with a Bang, a big bang.

->Which is the FFXIII OST.

As with Uematsu, perhaps he can return to FF without being a Square composer.

Seriously, I can't think of many names that would be able to single-handedly score a main FF game. But he can and he just proved it.

All the best to Hamauzu on his way from here on out.
Good Luck!

Looking forward to: FF Versus XIII / LBP2 / The Last Guardian / Yakuza 4 / ICO Collection
