While I agree that Uncharted 2 story was nothing special (even the story on the first one is better), how do you know that ME2 story is miles away? As far as I know, ME2 hasn't released in our country yet :P

It's also a little unfair to compare a complex WRPG story to a TPS story, since WRPG will always have the upper hand in that department. That being said, i've yet to see a current gen WRPG having a story at least comparable to Planescape:Torment story, best WRPG story ever made.

No sir. It has all of the above, though at times there's a bit, and I mean a BIT, of aliasing. Textures aren't flat, character models have much bump mapping and detail, and the depth of field is nearly as good as Uncharted 2's IMO. The game is absolutely gorgeous and is definitely up there with the best that consoles have to offer. I just wouldn't put it ahead of the best that I've seen.

Who cares about graphics? This games graphics are great as far as I am concerned and as far as story and gameplay are concerned It's already better than Uncharted 2 and Killzone 2 in my opinion. Enjoy it my friend.... from what I am hearing I going to love it!!!

Bro, I was just adding my thoughts to the above conversation. Do you seriously think I want to worry about the graphics? If some people hadn't brought the argument up, I wouldn't even bother throwing that in, I can guarrantee you. Mass Effect 2 will be in my hands tomorrow.

You should seriously do some research. Better yet, I'm getting the game very soon. It, Bayonetta (X360) and MAG. So I'll find out soon enough. But if CGI says so, I'll believe him.

I do to have alot of respect for CGI. But I cant help but feel there is PS3 favouritism there to. Considering what so many different sites are saying about ME2 graphics. In particular to, it's also teaching the industry how cinamatic gaming is really done. You only have to look at the consistantcy within completely different reviews. Vistas best ever. Visuals best ever. Visuals like a blockbuster high production movie. This is not one reviewer. But at least 70% of the board have come out with statements like this. Hell I have 4 easy in my sig.

I just said Mass Effect 2 had the better story. It just doesn't tell it as good as Uncharted 2 does which can be attributed to better voice-acting, animation, and telling the story through cutscenes for the most part (Uncharted 2).

Just to say CGI, but from what Ive read from about 30 reviews is the storytelling in Mass Effect 2 is miles ahead of everything else. Also I find it difficult to believe that the VA in Uncharted 2 is better. ME2 is voiced by many proffessionals including : Martin Sheen, Keith David, Seth Green and Carrie-Ann Moss.

These sort of comments are abundant when looking at reviews of Mass Effect 2:

"Mass Effect 2 is an amazing RPG with an unbeatable cinematic feeling and a history and characters simply astonishing. This is a game that demands to be played by every Xbox 360 user because it’s the very definition of what Next-Gen wants to be."

"By making choice, dialogue and characters the key ingredients, Mass Effect 2 delivers an experience in which the player feels directly at the core - more so than any other game we can think of."

"The combat and mission design are outstanding. The visuals, voice acting, soundtrack, and direction are miles ahead of the competition."

These are the first 3 reviews I went to. LOL. In terms of VA, cinematics, Soundtrack and Presentation. ME2 is considered by ALOT of reviews to be the king.
