Tekken 7 must have one true story!
The character stories should follow more closely with the tournament not other useless characters like tengou tenge before it became crap
Graphics Must be smooth 1080P , must look like virtua fighter 5, with better skin textures like fight night,

Tekken 7 needs better collision detection and better physics like UFC,
Tekken 7 must remove the useless clouds of blood when you hit someone, and make a new animations, that show speed and power, like when you knock someone out in UFC, so ripple effects or wind effects which can blur when there is sufficient speed..

More animations for the character, the characters are still too stiff and their movements are embarrasingly last gen, tekken should be able to have animations for subtle movements by now! like slow shifting your leg forward or back

More counters that actually work

Have one good story, not have lots of tiny useless stories, whether the character is shown in the story or not!

No falling environments, its cheesy and uses up needless resources! Weather must and environment must affect characters, characters should be able to slip in snow and etc

More varied movements at different speeds, when you punch the punch should be slightly different every time you punch, and the speed should get slower the more you spam a quick move. When you combo, the angles will be always slightly different, depending on if the character is tired or fresh or if some of the moves have been deflected etc!

Make Online mode like street fighter!
Have cross platform online between ps3 and xbox 360!

-I don't want my custom costumes to be saved over defaults! I have to set my character back to default to access the other costumes? Why? SCIV didn't make you do that crap.
-Fix online, please.... I blame 360 again due to the lack of dedicated servers.
-Lets see some downloadable content BEFORE you mention TEKKEN 8! WTF...
-Get rid of Alica, or revamp her... she's annoying, and un-cool.
-Give Lars a hair cut.
-Release the game ON TIME... How does a clone of a character get released before the original? (Bob and Rufus)
-SPEED UP the game play... Why does Tekken 5 play faster than Tekken 6?
-Bring back Devil Kazuya... I'm not a fan of Kazuya, Lili's my fav, but, I'm not selfish, get him in.
-Raise the Survival cap (if there is one)... I think it's set at 999.
-The menus were cool, do something else... and make sure next time you can SEE all the options on screen... The menus were a rip of the XMB anyway.
-DO NOT put in a character creation mode..(WHAT????!!!!!)
-Put Tekken 7 on PSP... and pray for better sales.
-Remove the item moves...
-Give us more than 4 fights in arena mode (or something similar) it was too short.
-If things are going to be unlocked automatically by playing the game, do it the way Tekken 5 did. 250 fights gets ONE character (yeah, for people who don't know.) Jin has 100% character usage, and most of the characters are unlocked... Although, since characters are going to be unlocked, I'm referring to the character endings, and such.
-Make the ending worth watching.. Tekken 6 endings were either useless, or boring... Pull an MGS4 and give us 15-45 minute endings.
-Bring back some old stages.... from Tekken 1.
-Give all characters 4 costumes at least, and give us customize slots.
-Is it so much to ask for a sound test mode? WTF, Tekken 5 on PSP had it... where'd it go?
-STOP TAKING AWAY FEATURES!
-Put back local Replay saves... it was in Tekken 4, WHERE did it go?!
-Explain to everyone that Leo is a girl, so we can settle this...
-WHY DOES JACK-6 LOOK EXACTLY LIKE JACK-4, AND JACK-5? Never do that again.
-Give us a freaggin calendar that STAYS TOGETHER on it's own... That crap wasn't a calendar, it was just a bunch of useless pages with no room to write notes down...
-MOAR PAC-MAN CAMEOS!
-Why couldn't Tekken 6 have the graphical quality in game as it did in the cut scenes?
-Fire Brian's voice actor..

If you screw this game up, I WILL NOT BUY IT... Make it awsum, and if you're going to do universal gimping again, why not make the console versions equal to the PSP version, then port it to the Wii too. I don't care which system it comes out for, just don't screw up my experience with the game because you wanted to make a multi-plat.

BTW, maybe now some of you guys will understand why I don't like the game...

Creation88- No, put character creation in the game this time or make two different versions of the game. One for the Traditional Tekken fans(in game character customzation only) and the other for the Non Tridational fans (character creation in this version). The two should have two different netcodes so both sides can be happy. However, I will not tolreate this Tekken 7 game without character creation. That is why there should be two versions.

Jesus, how deluded can you be?

You're dealing with enraged fanboys who think that quality isn't completely placed on the developer's laziness, rather just because a console which is easier to develop for with a higher install base gets the game too. The answer should be pretty obvious.

What I really want Namco to do is localize Tales of Vesperia PS3 and Tales of Graces, but considering this is Tekken...

....

Make it more like Tekken Tag with improved graphics and less lag. My complaints with how they handled SC4 is way longer than in Tekken.

Yeah, we PlayStation fans lost that war forever. Tekken 7 will probably be multiplatform. However, the consoles thing is not important. What is important is what is going to make me and other Non Traditional fans get Tekken 7? Customization of existing characters is not going to make us happy this time around. We are ready to create our own custom characters now. I said it once I will say it again. Tekken 7 should have two versions. One version can be catering to the Traditional Tekken fan the ones who hate character creation. The other version can be catering to Non Traditional Tekken fans the ones who are sick of the customization system of pre existing characters. Both versions should have separate net codes. That is the only way Tekken 7 can truly be successful. Namco could possibly sell 5 million copies per version or more. This would work for Namco and all of the Tekken fans. That is my only wish, everyone would be happy and Tekken 7 finally destroy Street Fighter and Mavrel Vs Capcom 3 and win some awards.

Better loading times, better character models and more new martial arts added

And in all honesty I don't think it's dying, especially since it's kicking butt in the Asian arcade scene. 2D fighters 'imo' are easier to pick up and play than 3d fighters. Hence the popularity. Tekken however is the best fighting game I have ever played, it's deep learning curve is win!
