Episode #5: The Empire Strikes Back 45 52.33%

Episode #6: Return of the Jedi 8 9.30%

Total:86

Return of the Jedi - Despite the ewok's the film was awesome, and the luke, darth, emporer showdown was so tense and enjoyable.

In-fact, it was the kind of scene I'd expected Revenge of the Sith to conclude with. You know, one with actual dialogue and character development. But instead it was just one lightsaber dual on a CGI that ends with "you have to quit fighting me because I'm standing on a hill"

If that wasn't the single most preposterously lame moment in all the prequels, I don't know what was.

I'm a mod, come to me if there's mod'n to do.

Serves me right for challenging his sales predictions!

Bet with dsisister44: Red Steel 2 will sell 1 million within it's first 365 days of sales.

Empire easily. But due to the existence of Episodes 1,2, and 6 and all the crappy extra Star Wars entries I loathe the Saga in general.

I guess you forgot any scene where Lucas writes about love then?

I can't find a video of it, but the part where Anakin talks about sand is probably one of the worst quotes of all time.

Padme: We used to come here for school retreat. We would swim to that island every day. I love the water. We used to lie out on the sand and let the sun dry us and try to guess the names of the birds singing.
Anakin: I don't like sand. It's coarse and rough and irritating and it gets everywhere. Not like here. Here everything is soft and smooth.

Oh yeah. I know that wretchedly written scene. But him talking like an idiot to his girlfriend, isn't unbelievable.

But that final fight scene... They're running around towers as they collapse, they're swinging from cords across lava waterfalls, they're standing on flying droids. They're showing a complete disregard for the laws of physics with amazing jedi superpowers (And I'd forgotten that midicloreans were heat resistant, it's god damned lava!) And then all of a sudden "stop fighting I'm standing on a small hill"!?

Where the hell was "stop fighting your hanging by a cord dangling from a collapsing tower in a volcano"!?

And then Anakin answers him seriously with "you underestimate my powers!" when he should have said "Hill!? Did you see the the tiny droids we were just fighting on!? Hell we even had some vertical combat just back there!"

Heh, in those videos I posted the guy actually goes off on a nice rant in that in part 6 (and then ends with an awesome Lucas quote).

It's pretty much even though the fight between Anakin and Obi-Wan was much more elaborate and longer in Episide III than the one between them in Episode IV, the Episode IV was so much better because it actually had undertones and you cared about what was going on.  The Episode III fight between them lasted so long that you just got bored of it despite all the crazy shit.

And then, yeah, ending with the high ground commend, NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!, and Padme dying of a broken heart (lawl) was  almost as big of a middle finger as midichlorians.

-edit-

And just to add another point to how awesome that above review is, he goes on for a good 70-ish minutes and doesn't rant once about Jar-Jar!  He actually makes valid points how The Phantom Menace is just a plain awful movie.

It's great when he asks people to describe the following Star Wars characters without describing what they look like, what they wore, or what their role or profession in the movie was.  Describe this character to you friends like they aint never seen Star Wars. XD

Empire easily. Best script, acting, cinematography, set design and the most interesting action sequences for me (battle in the snow, the asteroid field chase, the lightsaber duel).

Next is Star Wars - A New Hope.

The rest all suffer from various flaws, some of them huge ones.

Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...

ahem... Princess Leia in the gold bikini.... 'nuff said.

I don't really consider them six separate movies so much as one HUGE story. And of that story, I guess I love Revenge of the Sith the most. After watching that one, episodes 1 & 2 became better by proxy. And the Emperor became my favorite villain. He's bad ass!

Return of the Jedi.

the worst was attack of the clones. the actor chosen for anakin is seriously one of the most annoying people ive ever seen/heard.

"I like my steaks how i like my women.  Bloody and all over my face"

"Its like sex, but with a winner!"
