What do you mean with: No European team has won outside of Europe?! Last WC was between France and Italy if my memory serves me right.

No european nation has won a World Cup if the WC wasn't held in another European nation. If memory serves me right the last World Cup was in Germany and I'm fairly sure that Germany was in Europe.
