Hi guys, I am trying to build up a list of DS JRPGs I could play. I am not really looking for remakes like the Final Fantasy titles or Chrono Trigger, just DS specific titles like Sands of Destruction which I am about to start now.

Shin Megami Tensei:Devil Survivor, The World Ends With You

In March the best DS JRPG of 2010, Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey.

The World Ends With You and Suikoden Tierkreis are my two cents. Oh, also SMT: Devil Survivor

I loved The World Ends with You. The many tactical RPG's are also great.

Are remakes really the majority of the DS JRPGs? Plus I have already played TWEWY.

Sands of Destruction should keep me busy for a while though since it is from the Xenogears guys and the battle system is almost exactly the same.

SMT: Devil Survivor and World Ends With You are by far the best; they also, oddly enough, are kind of similar in a lot of superficial ways.

I almost forgot about SMT! Thanks guys. I would also try Suikoden Tierkreis but Suikoden is for noobs, especially Suikoden II.


Is Suikoden Tierkreis play like Suikoden II, III, etc... or is it strategy?

It's a standard JRPG like II, III, etc, though the battle system is a bit different
