I see an opening of at least 70k.....with 600k without advertising, 1 million with.

With advertising, 750k. Little or no advertising I'll go with 500k. There's going to be a lot of FFXIII and God of War 3 advertising in March so I'm expecting Ubisoft to send this one out to die.

500k was a nice safe prediction. The first one was a launch game, who the hell knows if anyone will buy the sequel.

It'll hit 1 million in the long run with no advertising just as long at it says that it has 1:1 sword controls that work with WM+ on the cover.

It would sell 3 million if Ubisoft actually cared. It's a shame really.

i was hoping for a million seller but after what ubisoft said about only predicting 500k, i lost my confidants.. but it can still do a million slowly

It all depends on marketing IMO.

With little or no marketing (which is what I expect)..I'll say 250k lifetime worldwide.

With good marketing (tv ads and instore) I'd say 1.5 million.

The fact they have predicted 500k..means they are planning to skimp on advertising...and means they are planning to have less units instore (which means the game will end up blending in on store shelves...meaning even fewer sales)....so I doubt they will even reach 500k.

You plan for low sales...and you'll get low sales.

i reckon NPD will have it at 55k in march

it will fail hard as they have given up on the game before it is even out.

If they advertise it that it used WM+ will do 1million.


Hell alot of people do not know what WM+ is. you will see Tiger Woods 10 and the two tennis games just sitting there on the shelves with NO MENTION that it used WM+ and what it is.

i hope they advertise and that it gos on to sell 1 or 2 mill.
