Peace Walker is the mainline game.  The next PS3 (and 360) title is a spinoff.

I think lot of ppl here r not close to Kojima too. :P i mean ok he can make mistakes too but definitely he loves his creation of MGS and he is not going to do something which is going to cannabilize the sales.. But still its a risk he has taken n let see how it turns out to be..
