no one is clicking blindly, WKC is a mediocre game according to famitsu & the vast majority in japan (see the amazon reviews)

I choose FFXIII as:

1. Fantastic characters -- people who have played the game have raved about the character, WKC characters are a joke

2. One of the best stories to grace an FF title -- once again the vast majority has been praising story & characters, you shouldn't have lied in the OP about its story.

3. Music -- Again fantastic comments about its soundtrack have come out + I have listened to a lot of it

4. Gameplay -- Once again, highly praised, very highly praised

Some reasons where WKC may top FFXIII:

1. Replayability, hand down the online will help here

2. Better immersion into the world, although FFXIII backdrops in dungeons have been praised, WKC will bring this immersion through towns & a more open world for most of the game.

Now you may say "darth your just listing the good things", well you know what majority of FFXIII reviews are positive, on amazon japan 5 star is the score most people have given to it, for WKC its 2 stars.

Oh and I will be buying WKC & but from what I have heard from people who played BOTH games, FFXIII is far far superior

On neo-gaf a guy asked "so is FFXIII better on WKC" to the importers, the unanimous answer was FFXIII is better due to far batter story, characters, music, gameplay. But WKC wins in maps & so on as its not linear. Oh and some of those neo-gaf guys didn't like FFXIII too much & still said it was better than WKC.

So no jneul no-one is voting blindly here

Square hasn't made a good game after Chrono Trigger, now really? XD

Xenogears, Parasite Eve, Kingdom Hearts, Dragon Quest all ring a bell?

You may not like any of those games, but to say that Square hasn't made a good game since Chrono Trigger, that's borderline ridiculous. 

that comment was not aimed at everyone, sorry if you think my post is misleading, but I did post up a video pretty much confirming what I said about WKC, also I did not say FF XIII is bad either (I still think it's around 8/10 from what I have seen), I still think it is good, just not as good as it could be either way, looks like I am making you mad, so I will stop there.

I know you love FF, but WKC is made by the people who have made several games for Square as well, you cnnot deny that fact.

Realistically I know FF XIII will probably get voted for more, because lets face it, there is an inner FF fanboy/Fangirl in us all, might I add you made some really good points, but I am pretty sure I mentioned gameplay and story as one of FF XIII's many strong point's. As for the story, I knew some people would think less of the WKC story line...

I know who WKC is made by jneul, level 5

BUT neither Dark Cloud 1 nor 2, nor Rogue Galaxy (haven't played DQ8 (will next week in fact) or 9 or their other games) are anywhere near FFX

the FFX team has made FF13, I trust those guys as much as I trust kojima with MGS (which is  A LOT of trust)

So ofcourse I will have a slant towards FF13, my 2nd favorite dev team is making it!

I just don't think Level 5 have made games anywhere near the quality of FFX, I have full faith these guys won't disappoint me.

but in the end I'll be getting both & I'll enjoy playing WKC online with you :)
