id rather have darksiders over bayonetta, although bayonetta is action packed it felt to short and to easy, darksiders took more smarts and skill for me and a more satisfying story imo.

No. On normal the game should be perfect for most people. I find it a bit easy and cant wait to unlock the hard difficulty...
The controls are probably most intuitive and user freindly out of any hack and slash ever made. Block is replaced by dodge which gives you temporary slow down time power up if executed in the nick of time. That makes the action so fluid and smooth... makes combat in other games of this type look very wooden.

Its a tough sell for a American audience on premise alone. Word to the wise, even if Bayonetta sounds ridiculous give it a shot and I promise that you wont be disappointing especially if you are a fan of action games. |
Word of mouth will save this game. Everyone who has played it loved it. The PS3 version has no chance though. It's amazing how a female character can be so unmarketable.

Bayonetta is a niche game from a niche studio (ie ex clover)...
It's already selling quite well right ?
1. Quality =/= Sales (necessarily)
2. Quite niche genre
3. Bad timing of release
My themeforest portfolio:
(((She came in for the kill, but the Darksiders gave her a thrill)))
Gaming make me feel GOOD!
I think both games king of bombed right ?
How much did InFamous or Prototype did ? Batman ?

Its pretty easy to just beat. You can button mash and use a bunch of items to heal and coast through the game, but if you invest some time to master witch time and learn some combos you can pull off some really beautiful combat. If you learn the combat system you will be rewarded not in the traditional advance to the next level way, but with great looking fluid combat that's so satisfying once you get a hang of it.
Hard is going to give you a challenge. Everything hits harder and more often and you see much harder enemy's right from the start.
They didn't bomb, trust me, usually JANUARY games in the U.S tend to sell mehish, but do show legs.
Well, this doesn't seem weird to me at all... lately, out of the two I've only really been interested in Darksiders though :P
