Look at that damn hot origami! That's all a box art needs, it's very simple but it works.
EU without a doubt. Tempting to import... but then again I'll mostly just see the spine on my shelf. The spine should be the same right? 
EU version. I've always preferred logos to having characters on boxarts. However, a logo alone may not generate enough interest amongst casual buyers.

One ting that bothers me about both box arts though. Is the paper made of plastic or something? It should be paper maché if exposed to so much water.

I think the Origami Killer just claimed the next victim (see the blood on the bottom tip) and the paper origami was literally just set down at the crime scene. Don't worry it'll be paper maché soon enough.
EU looks more creative and has more mystery to me. The NA one looks like your typical hollywood movie.
