i think we will and i will buy it as well. will anyone else buy a 3rd ninja gaiden game if one does come out, and i think it will be on both systems ps3/360 from the start.

Hmm, if it does come out, I think it'll be on the 360 first, and then Sigma will be on the PS3, I can't see why they'd make NGS1, NGS2 and then go to NG3 without a Sigma version, which, to be honest, are generally better since they add more levels and features, although I really would've prefered NGS2 to have been as violent as the original NG2, instead of the blue lightning stuff, although it does look stylish, NG games are known for their hardcore violence, and the "dumb down" didn't help sales or popularity at all.

Maybe they'll learn from their mistakes now, lol.

I hope so. I've bought the 360 and PS3 version of 2. It's one of my favorite games this gen.

I didn't care for Ninja Gaiden 2, the way I did for the 2004 Ninja Gaiden; man I loved that game, kicked your ass in a good way. Never got quite the same feeling from the second, I don't know it felt "cheaper".

Also, while I'm sure the fine folks at Tecmo are very talented, this is an Itagaki series for me...and he won't be there to make it.

That being said, if they do make one, I agree it will absolutely be mult-plat. Hell given Tecmo's attitude towards Itagaki, I wouldn't be that surprised if it was a timed exclusive for the PS3!

And when it does come, I'm getting it. I loved Sigma 2.
