So this thought has crossed my mind many times and again today when someone replied to one of my comments that is so bad it doesn't even dignify a response and I still don't have a good answer for.

We all know that calling someone a fanboy here is an insult and I'm am absolutely cool with that rule and support it 100%, but there are people that are just fanboys.  They can be in absolute denial about everything, blindly follow whatever it is they support, and think everything else is terrible even when confronted with absolute proof they are wrong but will still end up saying they are right, you are wrong. 

So what do you call these people should you actually have to interact with them?

Ignorant

I do admit calling people ignorant can be fun because so many people think that calling someone ignorant is the same thing as calling them stupid.

Try just saying "Your opinions run counter with our current understanding of the way of things, and continuing to support them will not legitimize them"

Just tell them to feckoff, Or whatever you like to be honest. The key is to put a few smiley faces after it.

Most fanboys aren't smart enough to know what that means, so they'll insult you and get banned. Maybe.
