Forums - Gaming - VGChartz Folding@Home team

've noticed our F@H team is quite dead. Compared to sites like IGN, Gamespot, Neogaf, ... we are doing horrible!
I know our community is not as big as theirs, but we are growing every day. Are we VGChartz members too selfish? :P

I would like as many of you to start folding, with your PS3 and/or PC. For those of you which didn't know, you can know also fold using your PC's GPU, this method works much faster than a normal CPU (so called high performance clients), but because the GPU is much less flexible, it can't do every sort of work unit (the PS3 is somewhere in between).

I think the best way we can actively fold is to find some competition. A (smaller?) community which isn't ranked that much higher than us. Who knows, maybe they'll notice and start to fold more as well, which is only better for Stanford University!

If anyone's interested, the team number is 109453.

Haven't used it in a while :P. I'll do it when I go out.

Battlefield Bad Company 2 > Modern Warfare 2

I'm scared it's going to break my PS3.

I also have a 60 GB, but I never leave it on folding for longer than 2 hours.

So I guess most people on this site really don't care, such a shame!

I fold but I think I'm in the gamefaqs team O.o

PS One/2/p/3slim/Vita owner. I survived the Apocalyps3/Collaps3 and all I got was this lousy signature.

Xbox One: What are you doing Dave?

I have an electric key sooo, using folding home will burn alot of my gaming time. But I will try it occasional, since it's for a good cause.
