You can't overrate a game which blows the roof off the 21st century.

MGS4 is just mind-boggling, with so many levels of deepness, it would require a dissertation to identify them all (which is why I'm writing one right now).

MGS4 didn't just redefine the entire stealth action genre. It is the first epic of the post-neoliberal era. It succeeds where almost all other videogames (not to mention the mass media in general) fail: it gets race right, it gets gender right, it gets colonialism and neocolonialism right, and it gets neoliberalism right. I just hope Kojima keeps on creating games for decades to come.

Wow! you've been a busy gamer! good job dude! glad your enjoying gaming! its nice to know there are still those who actually play great games regardless of console rather then being a 360, or ps3 or wii crusader. good one on ya and continue to have fun man... though i think you'll enjoy VC the most.

i don't know if it is overrated cause i haven't played it but i loved syphon filter on the ps1 and think killzone is over rated as its low res texture and dust, when i came to play it on my cousins ps3 i expected something mind blowing but it wasn't. charecter animation is good. Don't really remember using grenades and rocket launcher so can't comment on the particle effects and also in my opnion its very boring that i only played it for 3 hours and left it. Like forza 3 which is touted to have fantastic graphics when i see nothing specail about it, but its fun and thats what i like about forza. Halo 3 wasn't anything specail in terms of imersion but was alot of fun if you are playing with friends. Loads of games are overrated this generation especailly exclusives.
