what a dumb cover. i don't know what you guys are raving about. if it wasn't stated explicitly that the car is the new sls, we would have no idea at all. the angle does not tell us any stories and does not make the game more appealing. it's just.. a bad angle.

Watch the video and you will see why they did not chose an angle that shows off the looks of the car... in short it is quite ugly from the front

in other words, it's not a good cover. it's either it's the wrong car, or it's the wrong angle. you confirmed it yourself. if the car's ugly, why use it? if the car's not ugly, why go with such a stupid angle?

Got to admit it has this solid impression it gives out.

Wrong, its the ONLY Mercedes with gull wing doors,  if you mistook this car for anything else it would be because you knew nothing about cars.

Not to mention that if you knew anything about the history of Gran Turismo covers, you would know they always use obscure shots of cars will just enough information to make out what the car they were using was.

Actually, they had a 1954 model with Gull wing doors as well, the 300SL ;)

But yeah, currently it's the only one with gull wing doors, so there's no mistaking there
