The community isn't so bad I find. But you have gotta love RMC's dedication, the man is up until 6 in the morning (my time so 3am pacific) doing some shit on that site. I also hold some respect for the guy at nintendoeverything.com

it's funny that everyone hates cassamassina and bozon these days, considering they were large supporters of Nintendo after the first couple years of the Wii. It's only been the last year that their opinions have really seemed to change.

As a Nintendo fan, I want to go to site where I can discuss Nintendo news, with Nintendo fans. If I want to hear a bunch of people constantly bitch about "Nintendo needz teh HD!!" "Nintendo Wii is for teh babiez!!" "I haven't touched my Wii in 3 years!!!lolol!!", then I'll go to IGN or any otther site. If I want good analysis and intelligent discussion about Nintendo products and strategy without consistent whining, I come to VGchartz.

 

Again, however....GoNintendo's staff is simply awesome and I love their podcasts. It's only the community that makes me stop short of that being my one stop Nintendo shop.

 

Where is Nintendojo? I miss that place.

I think some of you are over reacting about the community. They now have many feedback moderators that they did not have before so the feedback on stories isn't as bad as before. Users that constantly troll are usually banned. There are a lot of great members there.

Am I really "endlessly pessimistic" in your eyes?  I try not to post my "opinions" very much, without basing them on experiences or facts.
