Why not? This isn't some game Disney decided to make out of a whim, they have big plans for this game. Now it might not sell as much as NSMBW or Mario and Sonic but it'll sell more than just 1 or 2 mil.

Dude if Epic Mickey sells 2 milion its going to be a huge success, Mickey is big but i dont know how popularity of this character will transform to video game.

The Mickey IP used to be big in gaming back in the SNES days, not so big in todays terms of "BIG" but it had many games and gamers loved it.  Epic Mickey could be the return to that status and with many of the older gamers it could have big appeal to them.

Definitely some nice little milestones. Even further NSMB Wii became the fastest selling game ever 6 weeks on the market surpassing MW2 on the 360's current recrod which was barely above Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. Nintendo definitely had a pretty damn good week.

I know I am being stupid but I don't get what you mean by that record. So can you please explain what record has been broken or is going to be broken and stufff like that more clearly..wow i know thats a stupid question oh and also woah at wii and ds also breaking its own record and nsmbwii only 200k away from MW2 on 360...WOWOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW

Actually, Bruce on games did an expert analysis on the November NPD numbers to come to the determination that the wii is a casual fad. It's all laid out here.

To claim something as the "fastest ever" you need to set a timeframe.... Modern Warfare 2 on the X360 for instance is the fastest selling (single platform version) game after 1 week. But MW2 is not going to manage the 15 million Mario Kart Wii did in it'sfirst 52 weeks.... so mario Kart Wii is the fastest selling game after 52 weeks.
Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas (PS2) currently holds the fastest selling title for 10 weeks for instance... given that the Christmas period is now over, it will keep that title as Modern Warfare 2 (360) will have sold less after 10 weeks than GTA:SA will.

As you can see, after 1 week, MW2 is ahead... after 10 weeks, GTA:SA is ahead (will be in the case of MW2) wheras after 52 weeks Mario Kart Wii is ahead.

New Super Mario Bros Wii for instance, has just passed GTA:SA(PS2) and MW2(360) after 6 weeks of being on the market... so it is the fastest selling game after 6 weeks. (single platform)

NSMB Wii actually looks like it will probbaly take the 10 week (and if it does, almost certainly all weeks from then on) title, as it has 4 weeks to sell about 2 million. If it does manage that, then GTA:SA will have lost all of it's "fastest selling" titles... because NSMB Wii will be beating it from week 6 onwards, and Modern Warfare 2 is beating it for the first 5 weeks.

This can obviously be applied to multiplat titles as well, but it is more difficult to show on VGC.
