Why not? This isn't some game Disney decided to make out of a whim, they have big plans for this game. Now it might not sell as much as NSMBW or Mario and Sonic but it'll sell more than just 1 or 2 mil.

Dude if Epic Mickey sells 2 milion its going to be a huge success, Mickey is big but i dont know how popularity of this character will transform to video game.

The Mickey IP used to be big in gaming back in the SNES days, not so big in todays terms of "BIG" but it had many games and gamers loved it.  Epic Mickey could be the return to that status and with many of the older gamers it could have big appeal to them.
