The reason why some people felt that Tidus is annoying is something that is the fault of his voice actor. Even he admitted that he could have done better. Tidus's voice sounds too whiny and Yuna's voice is too sleepy and depressing half the time. Most of the other voices are actually pretty good though.
OT: It would probably be most space marines. I like shooters and all but I am not buying that whole "next gen systems can't render hair well" thing. Especially because FFXIII is proving them wrong.
