For me until Gran Turismo 5 comes out the best racing game (most fun) has been Burnout paradise; the most technical would be either Grid or NFS Shift.

for now i think its xbox 360... i am a simulation guy... so until the full GT come out, xbox is wining this one... after GT comes out this may shift real quickly but we will see... high hopes for 2010.

Forza 2 + Forza 3 > Gran Turismo 5 Prologue
PGR 3 + PGR 4 > Motorstorm + Motorstorm PR
Burnout Revenge > Wipeout HD

all the great multiplat racers > Wii racing library

So until GT5 comes out, the 360 easily takes the cake.
