Im replaying wind waker right now and even after all these years it still holds (imo) the title of best looking cel-shaded game.....I guess two big games that were cel-shaded this gen were Borderlands and VC and wind waker just trumps them in visuals.

N64 is the ONLY console of the fifth generation!!!

Best looking early cell shaded has to be Jet Set/Grind Radio. Best looking recent cell shaded game is Prince of Persia or Street Fighter IV.
