i agree. also 16 vs 16 is way cooler dan 8 vs 8 ... thats outdated

.................

Theres a game that does that. Ive been wanting something like that ever since I started playing Halo 3 online. Oh and MW2 doesnt even do 8 v 8, its 6 v 6 in a full game.

Actually you are both wrong.  MW2 can do up to 9 v 9 depending on the playlist you choose.

MW2 > KZ2

4 v 4, 6 v 6, and even up to 9 v 9 is better than larger 30+ person battles.

I disagree..

KZ2 was the best FPS I have played this gen, period. "excludes Half life"

Call of duty is too CASUAL for me, its an easy pick up and play game, for KZ2 you have to play it through, and get into the controls to like it. Once you have done that, COD does not touch it. Esecially multiplayer wise.

There is only one game mode that allows 9 vs. 9 (forgot the name, but it's a mix of Domination and Team Deathmatch).

And I will say some maps in KZ2 just don't cut it for 32 players, as it begins to get way too hectic, and if your spawn point is camped, then you're pretty much screwed (unless you have a boost skill for a Tactician, because then you can just make a dash through the enemy lines and throw a spawn point in another area of the map, even though not many people take advantage of it either way).

Rockstar: Announce Bully 2 already and make gamers proud!

Kojima: Come out with Project S already!

^Its called Ground War.

MW2 has such a mix of game types and game sizes that it appeals to most anyone. 18 or less is just better for MP in my opinion. I owned KZ2 for a while back in the day and it was fun, but the game was just not balanced very well and the maps weren't designed well for different game sizes. Some maps were way too big, even with 32 people, and some maps were way too small.

The maps in KZ2 are perfection..

Imo..

I played MWF2 the netire day on my friends 360 a couple of weeks ago, and I was not impressed. KZ2 does not appeal to those that just want a quick little match, and expect to know how to play immediately, MWF2 does. But like I said, once you are really into KZ2, you fall in love.

KZ2 destroys MW2 online as far as Im concerned:

  • Far far Better Maps
  • Far far Better Graphics and effects.
  • Far far far better for sniping, stealth is integrated with the sniping as it should be, and you have a big badass rifle. COD sniping is a joke, its more no-scoping than proper sniping
  • Fantastic Clan system
  • You can play S&D, Deathmatch etc all in one game

Look at that! I mean omg, hows that sniping? Arrgh

Killzone 2 is flawed. It sacrifices gameplay for graphics and thats a nono for me. MW2 is the opposite in that they sacrafice graphics for gameplay and they crush Killzone 2 where it counts this generation and thats with multiplayer on account of the smooth controls alone.

If you want a game which looks good buy Killzone 2.

If you want a game which plays amongst the best buy Modern Warfare 2.

preferences aside the multiplayer in MW2 is objectively better.

LOL dude you are just like Rol. 90% of the time I think you are just joking about what you say. The other 10% of the time I'm uncertain. The last line in your post seems to always give it away though :D

On topic, I do agree that Killzone 2 is FAR superior to Modern Warfare 2. And since most people seem to think graphics are the #1 thing going for killzone I'll put it like this: Even if Modern Warfare 2 had much better graphics than Killzone 2, Killzone would still be the clear winner IMO. Better gameplay, better controls, better online. What else do you need for a shooter to be better than another?

I've had many people tell me in person (mostly people I work with) that Modern Warfare absolutley destroys Killzone 2, but I completely disagree. For me it's the other way around.

I agree. I've never been a COD fan though.

Can it? Seeing as I only tend to play Team Deathmatch (which is 6v6) Ill take your word for it.
