Where does it say clearly that the next game ISN'T KH3?

Coded is when Sora's like sleeping or something, not really essential, and 358/2 Days is the days in the Organization, not really essential at all.

CoM takes place directly after KH and continues Sora's story. Do the cards make it not worthy for a main title?

All I know is that coded is about one weird journal entry and something else. It might be main series, but I don't care about it.

358/2 Days is the first spinoff in the KH series. It is not essential to the plot in any way (except for one tiny cutscene).

CoM is hardly a side story as it tells of Organization XIII, how Riku ended up where he did, how Sora got to be in the mansion in KH2...

If it deals with the main characters, it's a main story title.
