It chronicles Sora's story and is needed for the plot to make sense. Why isn't it main series?

Well so is Coded, 358/2 Days...

I consider it a side story but not a main title.

Coded is when Sora's like sleeping or something, not really essential, and 358/2 Days is the days in the Organization, not really essential at all.

CoM takes place directly after KH and continues Sora's story. Do the cards make it not worthy for a main title?
