N-1 is great, but I vote Atlus. Kenka Bancho, Tokyo Beat Down, Dark Spire, Demon's Souls (which I still need to get around to playing)... they kicked so much ass this year alone.

Btw guys im talking about them as a Dev team not publishers just so you know.
