This is the tag line for the MW2 review by the guy who runs this web page "An all-round class act - in my opinion, the best first-person shooter of all time."

Clearly with a statement like that he was always going to pick MW2 as GOTY because there are so many FPS games that people think are truly epic, that the best FPS ever (in one person's opinion) is going to be their GOTY no matter the competition.
