Oh man,what a game!great graphics,gameplay,music,weapons,its just awesome!!!This is probably my favorite game ever,well either this or Ocarina of time.If someone here has not played yet,well what are you waiting for,its fantastic.

Sprite graphics, resolution that's less than half of standard definition, midi music, and sidescrolling gameplay that went out with the horse and carriage? What the hell are you smoking?

This is the HD era! Anything less than that is crap by definition (unless it's on the PSP, which is an honorary HD system anyway)!

I don't really try to list my 'favorite games ever' for the very fact that I feel I have more than 10. Super Metroid, as well as multiple of the other Metroid games, are on that list however. I love Metroid II, Super Metroid and Metroid Zero Mission all equally for different reasons.

Gotta love the VC. No need to deal with clunky old cartridges or consoles and you get to enjoy the classics, even the ones you missed first time around.

I played Super Metroid for the first time about a year ago, so I know exactly how you feel. Tonight I started playing Link to the Past for the first time.
